After doing this for so long Audra understands that communication is key to long-term success when working within a company. Her ability to collect data, the pains of the potential client, and create a visual solution is a huge part of her success. Being a designer is one thing, but being able to ask the right questions to create a highly engaging and converting digital asset is another. 

She then adds transparency and accountability to her process which starts off with a discovery call, then uses a project management system where she uploads her design brief based on the discovery call. Then she clarifies and collects the design information needed for the task and the end result desired. After this, she creates a to-do list with things needed to create her highly converting asset. As soon as she has everything she needs she assigns a preview date, then does revision based on the company’s needs. 

All communications are in one system and can be viewed by anyone the company wants to include in the system. By taking this extra step in planning and streamlining communications, working with her is time-saving and reduces the headache often expressed by people when working with a designer.

The reason remote work is ideal for Audra is that she works all hours of the night, day, and weekends, based on when she is inspired. She has been known to power through a creative marathon and produced work that most could not do in months resulting in compelling creatives and messaging.

Clocking in and out for a set limited 8 hour day tends to limit her creative flow.She works more on a set list of needs and due dates, and whatever hours are needed 10, 8, 15… hours she does what it takes to deliver every asset on time and with the highest quality.
